CSD AFD Portal Login – Complete Help Guide
This guide is created for CSD Smart Card holders who are facing login and registration related problems on the CSD AFD Online Portal.
Ques 1. What is my Username and Password?
Recovery of Username
Email csdmaintenance@psquickit.com with following details:
- PAN Card No
- Grocery Card ID
- Grocery Card Chip No
- Registered Mobile No
- Registered Email ID
Important: Request must be sent from registered email ID only.
Recovery of Password
- Select Lost your password on login page
- Reset password link will be sent to registered email ID
- Create a new password using the link
Ques 2. What is my registered Email ID? How to update new Email ID?
Recovery of Registered Email ID
Email csdmaintenance@psquickit.com with the following details:
- Username
- Registered Mobile No
- PAN Card No
- Grocery Card ID
- Grocery Card Chip No
- Correct / working Email ID
Attach copy of PAN Card and Grocery Card (both sides).
Updating Email ID
Login → Menu → Update Mobile Email → Enter New Email → Update
Ques 3. Why is my account denied showing Invalid Date of Joining?
The date entered during registration is matched with the date recorded on the Canteen Smart Card chip. If mismatch occurs, visit nearest URC to verify details. If required, apply for new Smart Card and update registration.
Update Path: Login → Menu → Update Registration Form → Resubmit
Ques 4. How to update PAN number in registration form?
Email afd.ddgcs@csdindia.gov.in with registered email ID, PAN Card No, registered mobile number, Grocery Card ID, Chip No and username. Attach PAN and Grocery Card copies.
Ques 5. Why does portal show you are not eligible to buy this product?
Update employment status, pay level and entitlement category in registration form and wait one working day for admin approval. If issue continues, email screenshot and details to afd.ddgcs@csdindia.gov.in.
